Refunds: Please ensure you have read our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Invoicing: Upon submission of your booking, an invoice will be issued to the email address provided.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made within 14 working days of the invoice date.
Provisional Booking: Your place on the course remains provisional until full payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured.
Delegate Substitution: If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost. Please notify us in advance.
